Terms of Service
Hostngfreak.net will provide services as stated at the time of order; new accounts will be setup within 24 hours of Hostingfreak.net receiving cleared funds. In the event of non payment or uncleared funds for current customers Hostingfreak.net will allow a 1 week levy before account suspension if after 2 weeks of suspension the account remains unpaid then it will be terminated. All payments made by credit card will be verified by ourselves before processing the order this may involve us needing to ring you up for voice confirmation before activating the account. All paypal orders need to be paid from a verified paypal account and are subject to the same verification methods as the credit card orders.
Hostingfreak.net will strive to respond to support tickets in a timely manner; we will aim to respond within one hour of all tickets, time will usually be much shorter. In the event of downtime from server maintenance or network outage we will give 48 hours notice prior to any planned downtime and send out information about unplanned downtime within 1 hour of the outage. Hostingfreak.net will provide emergency contact details in the event an outage occurs and we haven’t provided a reason within the hour you may then contact us to notify us of the problem so it can be resolved.
Hostingfreak.net will perform backups of customer data every 24 hours as standard part of the service, in the event the customer needs a backup restored this will be done within 24 hours of the request.
Hostingfreak.net will allow occasional up to 5% traffic overruns and there is no auto suspension of accounts, however repeated high usage (2 months continuous) or a large overrun will require suspension of account or overage fee payable by the customer. The trial account is subject to automatic suspension when limits are reached this is to prevent abuse of the trial. Accounts that do frequently go over 100% traffic allowance may have auto suspension turned on if (a) the customer requests it (b) the customer is found to not be able to pay overage fees.
Hostingfreak.net has a php configuration aimed at providing secure services which may conflict with some scripts, in this scenario the customer should contact Hostingfreak.net and we will rectify the issue.
Ultimately the customer is responsible for his/her own data and Hostingfreak provides this service as a matter of convenience, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of data incurred as a result of customer error.
